Kristin Muhlner
Executive Vice President, Product Development, webMethods
As executive Vice President of Product Development for webMethods, Kristin Muhlner
is responsible for executive management and oversight for research and development
efforts. Ms. Muhlner is also responsible for driving the company’s product roadmap
and overseeing the development of new and expanded offerings. She manages the successful
conception, design, engineering, development, and delivery of webMethods Fabric.

Susan Ganeshan
Vice President, Product Development, webMethods
Susan Ganeshan leads webMethods’ product team, where she defines the product strategy
and implements the company’s overall product roadmap. In this capacity, Ms. Ganeshan’s
team is responsible for identifying and prioritizing user and market requirements
across all of the company’s product offerings, working collaboratively across product
development, marketing, sales, professional services and other third parties to
manage the release of all software from webMethods. During her 14 year career, she
has served with TPN Register, CheckFree Corporation, and Deloitte Consulting in
positions encompassing software development, system implementation, product management,
and solution marketing responsibilities. Ms. Ganeshan is a graduate of the University
of Pittsburgh with a degree in Mathematics.

Lance Hill
Vice President and General Manager, SOA Solutions, webMethods
As webMethods’ vice president and general manager of SOA solutions, Lance Hill is
responsible for webMethods’ worldwide SOA business. His broad scope of responsibility
includes business development, product and go-to-market strategy, field execution,
and customer success. Prior to joining webMethods, he served as the Vice President
of the Enterprise Engineering and later the Fusion Technology Group for National
City Bank. In this capacity, he spearheaded the creation of an internal, end-to-end
solution delivery and support organization with responsibilities for integration,
application development, workflow, imaging, business intelligence, and portal technology.
Lance began his career in IBM Global Services, where he served in a number of strategic
and consultative roles, including team lead for e-business architecture for the
mid-western US.

Rob Dean
Chief Architect EMEA, webMethods
Rob Dean, as Chief Architect EMEA, has responsibility for the solutions based on
webMethods Fabric being proposed or implemented for customers in the Europe, Middle
East and Africa region covering SOA, BPM, BAM and more traditional EAI and B2B.
In addition, Rob is also responsible for providing feedback and input on product
direction and strategy based on EMEA customer requirements and market demands. He
has been with webMethods since 2000, initially based in the UK with a cross industry
focus, and prior to that has worked on the development and delivery of enterprise
solutions based on email and BPM products.

Arnold Huffman
Senior VP Strategic Solutions (SBS), Channels and Alliances, webMethods
As part of his SBS role, Mr. Huffman’s has the responsibility of setting the strategy
and direction for webMethods’ go to market solutions by vertical industry. Mr. Huffman
leads a team of highly skilled SBS resources who are responsible for solving critical
business issues and generating quantifiable ROI for webMethods’ Fortune 2000 customers.
As part of his Channels and Alliances role, Mr. Huffman has the responsibility for
driving revenue through webMethods’ system integrator, software and OEM partnerships.
Mr. Huffman has been a member of the webMethods team for over 4 years. Prior to
webMethods, Mr. Huffman spent 10 successful years at Accenture in their Resources
practice delivering supply chain solutions to many of the global Fortune 1000 companies,
generating well-documented and quantifiable benefits in excess of $20M dollars.
Mr. Huffman is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH with
a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Frédéric Fuchs
Directeur Europe du Sud, webMethods
Directeur Europe du Sud couvrant la France, l’Italie, la Péninsule Ibérique et l’Amérique
Latine, Frédéric Fuchs a 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine hightech. Il a ainsi
occupé de nombreux postes de direction, notamment au sein de BEA Systems, Oracle,
Cap Gemini, Broadvision, Compuware et Ingres. Ces 6 dernières années, Frédéric Fuchs
a été successivement Directeur Général Adjoint France chez BEA Systems, puis Vice
Président et General Manager pour la région SEMEA chez Broadvision. Frédéric Fuchs
a un Master en Sciences Economiques et est diplômé de l’Université Paris X. Il a
débuté sa carrière aux Etats-Unis.

Fabrice Hugues
Responsable du Pôle Avant Ventes Europe du Sud
Fabrice Hugues, a intégré webMethods en l’an 2000. Fort de son expérience chez l’éditeur,
il gère aujourd’hui son équipe lors de la qualification des besoins, la diffusion
des nouvelles solutions techniques et l’élaboration de solutions permettant de répondre
aux besoins d’intégration des clients et partenaires. Avant de rejoindre webMethods,
il a occupé successivement les fonctions de responsable de l’offre Euro de l’éditeur
Viasoft et de consultant métier dans les secteurs Banque/Assurance. Fabrice Hugues
possède près de 15 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie High-Tech.

Jérôme Minardi
Responsable du Pôle Conseil Europe du Sud
Jérôme Minardi est à la tête d’une équipe de vingt consultants en France, en Italie
et en Espagne. Fort de plus de 8 années d’expérience dans le domaine High-Tech,
il est en poste depuis plus 4 ans chez webMethods où il a tout d’abord occupé les
fonctions d'architecte puis de responsable technique de compte. Avant de rejoindre
webMethods, Jérôme Minardi a été Expert J2EE et architecte chez Coframi où il était
chargé du reegineering en Java pour la société Amadeus. Avant cela, il a été développeur
indépendant et a créé une application Windows destinée aux Experts Comptable pour
la société Azur Conception.
